Key Responsibilities
- Support and facilitate agile methodologies, ensuring effective delivery of projects within scheduled timelines.
- Guide teams in self-organization while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as a mediator between teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
- Assist in identifying and removing impediments to team progress, enabling smooth workflows.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a Scrum Master in a high-performing agile team.
- Qualifications: Agile or SAFe certifications are advantageous.
- Skills: Strong facilitation skills with a calm and confident demeanor.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to foster strong team collaboration and handle conflicts effectively.
