Key Responsibilities
- Administer payroll processes from onboarding new employees through to terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Calculate wages and salaries accurately and ensure timely payment.
- Coordinate and manage the farms’ Time & Attendance System effectively.
- Attend to payroll-related queries and provide excellent customer service to employees.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant diploma or degree in HR, Payroll, or Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in payroll administration or HR.
- Skills: Proficient in payroll software and MS Excel.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling payroll and records.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R28,000 per month.
