Exciting Opportunity: Customer Service Support Consultant in Cape Town

A leading company, Western Cape Recruitment, is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Support Consultant. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support to both internal and external customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in process improvements and contribute to the overall efficiency of the customer service department.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric certificate or equivalent; further qualifications in customer service or related fields will be an advantage.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is essential; familiarity with call center operations is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving abilities.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R8,000 – R12,000 per month.
