Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments efficiently.

- Support the HR Manager with recruitment processes and onboarding of new staff.

Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant administrative or receptionist certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role or similar position.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite.
