Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination of daily branch activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients and staff in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and update the branch database as required.
- Support branch staff in administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor inventory supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a support or administrative role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office and excellent communication abilities.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R12,000 – R18,000 per month.
