Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the dispensary, ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that medications are stocked appropriately and safely.
- Supervise, mentor, and train pharmacy staff, including registered tutors.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and prescription needs.
- Ensure the dispensary is equipped with up-to-date Unisolv training and systems usage.
Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy.
- Registration: Must be registered with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
