Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR support across site-based operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and coaching to staff and management.
- Oversee performance management processes, helping to foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an industrial or site-based environment.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Education: A relevant HR qualification or degree is preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HR software and labor legislation in South Africa.
