Exciting Opportunity: HR Generalist in North West

A leading company in the renewable energy and infrastructure sector, RPO Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Generalist. This is a great chance to provide end-to-end human capital support within a remote solar plant environment in North West.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive HR support across site-based operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and coaching to staff and management.
  • Oversee performance management processes, helping to foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an industrial or site-based environment.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Education: A relevant HR qualification or degree is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HR software and labor legislation in South Africa.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
