Exciting Opportunity: Human Resources Business Partner in Cape Town

A leading company, Isilumko Staffing, is currently in search of a proactive and commercially-minded Human Resources Business Partner. This position is a fantastic opportunity for HR professionals looking to partner with leadership teams regarding culture, conduct, and compliance in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Advising on best practices related to employee engagement, performance management, and organizational culture.
  • Partnering with various departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Facilitating training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career development.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR policies and practices to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
