A leading company in the healthcare recruitment sector, Pronel Recruitment, is seeking a skilled Patient Services Administrator / Receptionist to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient inquiries and bookings with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Handle front-desk operations, ensuring a warm and professional greeting for all patients and visitors.
  • Address and resolve challenging situations with professionalism, maintaining patient satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintain and update patient records as required, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualifications or experience in administration or healthcare services.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for patient interaction.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with healthcare management software is an advantage.

💰 Salary Insight
