A leading company in the financial services sector, Sanlam is on the lookout for a dedicated Manager: Call Centre. This is your chance to join a reputable team in Johannesburg, Gauteng and make a significant impact in the entry-level and emerging middle market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, address, and mitigate performance risks impacting service delivery.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights to improve overall operations.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the call centre.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer service experience.
  • Lead and mentor the call centre team to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in call centre management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services is a plus.
  • Education: Relevant tertiary qualification in management or business.

💰 Salary Insight
