A leading company, Hoteljobs, is currently seeking a dedicated Hotel Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Front Office team in picturesque Bantry Bay, Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for guests.
- Utilize OPERA PMS for check-in/check-out processes and reservations management.
- Address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Handle payment processing and billing inquiries professionally.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Hotel Receptionist in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of OPERA PMS and excellent customer service skills.
- Education: High school diploma required; hospitality-related certification is a plus.
- Languages: Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R16,000 – R19,000 per month.
