Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintain organized records and files related to client accounts and sales reports, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and reports, providing the team with the necessary data to facilitate decision-making.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring exceptional communication and relationship-building.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of sales events and meetings, contributing ideas to enhance team engagement and performance.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as an assistant in a sales or commercial environment, showcasing strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software, including MS Office Suite, and any relevant CRM systems.

💰 Salary Insight
