A leading company in the insurance sector, The Faculty is currently seeking a dedicated CX Agent to join their dynamic team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist customers with their queries related to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries related to FMLA and other insurance-related queries.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive information on policies and services offered by the insurance company.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a customer service role, preferably in insurance or healthcare.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance policies and regulations.
- Technical: Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
