Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventive measures to ensure workplace safety.
- Develop and maintain health and safety plans and policies.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff on health and safety topics.
- Investigate incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Relevant degree or certification in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Experience: Previous experience in a health and safety role is essential.
