Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant to CEO in Pretoria, Gauteng

A leading company in the hospitality and property sectors, Zeebra Junction, is urgently seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to CEO. This role involves supporting the CEO across multiple entities and is perfect for energetic and proactive individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO across five distinct companies.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents and reports for meetings and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders including staff, clients, and partners.
  • Oversee special projects and assist in the execution of operational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualification in business administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as a personal assistant or in an executive administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R22,000 – R30,000 per month.
