Exciting Opportunity: Recruitment and Office Coordinator (Remote)

A leading company, Talent Fox SA, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment and Office Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while supporting a busy HR department from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation for compliance and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to HR management, facilitating meetings and organizing training sessions.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Monitor office supplies and equipment, managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A relevant qualification in HR, Business Administration, or Office Management.
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and excellent communication capabilities.
  • Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R8,000 per month.
