Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation for compliance and reporting.
- Provide administrative support to HR management, facilitating meetings and organizing training sessions.
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment, managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant qualification in HR, Business Administration, or Office Management.
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and excellent communication capabilities.

💰 Salary Insight
