Exciting Opportunity: Filing Clerk Finance and HR Admin in Johannesburg

A leading company, Specd Recruitment, is currently seeking an enthusiastic Filing Clerk to join their Finance and HR teams! This entry-level role in Johannesburg, Gauteng is perfect for someone at the start of their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain financial and HR records accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in filing documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support the finance team with data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Handle correspondence related to financial and HR matters.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline filing processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in Finance or HR is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R10,000 – R15,000 per month.
