Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist/Admin Assistant in Durban

A leading company is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join their office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized and keen to take on a variety of tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk operations, welcoming visitors, and managing incoming calls.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring proper scheduling and logistics.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to both clients and staff.
  • Maintain office organization, ensuring a clean and professional environment.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
