Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and engage them effectively using persuasive communication techniques.
- Maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction through follow-up interactions and data management.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in outbound dialing or telesales experience.
