Exciting Opportunity: Conveyancing Secretary in Cape Town

A leading company is currently seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Secretary to join its Cape Town office. This role offers the opportunity to work within a high-performing conveyancing and real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, contracts, and legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Assist conveyancers in processing property sales and transfers efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and documentation for all transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Ensure compliance with South African legal regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Secretarial or Administration Certificate/Diploma.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Conveyancing Secretary.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of conveyancing procedures and property law.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in relevant software and document management systems.
  • Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
