A leading company, Huntswood, is currently on the lookout for dedicated Customer Service and Technical Support Advisors. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support across various platforms.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and follow up on customer requests.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or IT is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years in a customer service or technical support role.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R12,000 – R20,000 per month.
