Exciting Opportunity: Recruitment Coordinator and Administrator (US Healthcare) – EST Hours (Remote)

A leading company, ISTA Solutions, is currently seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator and Administrator to join our dynamic and growing remote team. This is a prime opportunity to support the front-end stages of hiring for Registered Behaviour Technicians in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate tracking of candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms.
  • Engage with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
  • Help ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational hiring policies.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration within the healthcare field is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize tasks effectively.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
