Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound telephonic sales calls to engage with potential clients regarding life insurance products.
- Develop a strong understanding of the life insurance products offered and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads generated from various sources to convert prospects into clients.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Proven experience in telesales or insurance sales, ideally within a similar role.
