Exciting Opportunity: Admin Clerk – Repairs and Maintenance in Westville, KwaZulu-Natal

A leading company in the retail sector, Boxer, is currently seeking a detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join their Property Development – Maintenance and Repairs Team at their head office. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a dynamic environment focused on maintaining the company’s properties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all administrative functions related to repairs and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely repairs.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all maintenance requests and completed work.
  • Assist in budget preparation for maintenance activities.
  • Prepare reports on maintenance activities and expenditures for management review.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant administrative qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in property management.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with property management software.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
