A leading company in the hospitality sector, RoomRaccoon, is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Support Consultant (Dutch Speaking). This is your chance to join a vibrant team in Cape Town, Western Cape, and help enhance the customer experience in the hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with hotel bookings and reservations, ensuring all details are captured accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Utilize technical tools and software to manage and track customer interactions effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous work in a service-oriented, technical, or customer support role is essential.
  • Hospitality Background: Experience in hotel front desk or reservations is highly beneficial.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.

💰 Salary Insight
