Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to join a dynamic team? Edgray Distributors (Pty) Ltd t/a JUMBO is seeking a dedicated Admin Controller/2IC/Assistant Store Manager to ensure efficient operations at our location in Paarl, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure that all cash ups are balanced with the banking records.
• Maintain security of cash by ensuring the drop safe is always locked, with the key in the possession of the Admin Controller.
• Monitor and ensure that cash floats consistently balance, taking full responsibility for the safe and its contents.
• Support management in store operations and act as second-in-command (2IC) as required.
• Assist in staff training and development to uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum high school diploma; relevant qualifications in retail management advantageous.
• Experience: Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of cash management.
