Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Manage the reservation system and ensure all guest bookings are handled efficiently.
- Lead and train front office staff on exceptional service standards and operational procedures.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with other department heads to ensure smooth communication and teamwork.
Requirements
- Qualification: A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of front office experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using hotel management software.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R15,000 per month.
