Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of utility consumption across retail properties.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in utility management.
- Collaborate with property management teams to implement best practices for utility usage.
- Monitor utility contracts and support negotiations with service providers.

Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Environmental Management.
