A leading company in the hospitality sector, Delaire, is currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Switchboard Operator to join their dynamic team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. This role is perfect for individuals looking to contribute positively to a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and visitors to the estate with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer incoming calls and manage the switchboard efficiently, ensuring calls are directed appropriately.
  • Provide information and assistance to callers and guests as necessary.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of the establishment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required, supporting the team’s operational needs.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a professional appearance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with switchboard operations and basic office software.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
