Exciting Opportunity: HR Compliance Coordinator (US Healthcare) – Remote | EST Hours

A leading company, ISTA Solutions, is currently searching for a detail-oriented HR Compliance Coordinator to support employee record management and ensure ongoing compliance across the workforce. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the employee record management process to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies across the workforce.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify compliance in HR processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline HR compliance efforts and ensure best practices.
  • Provide necessary training and support to staff regarding compliance policies and regulatory obligations.

Requirements

  • Education: A relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or Compliance is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an HR role with a focus on compliance within the healthcare sector.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, and the ability to work independently.
  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
