Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist & Company Secretary / Trust Administrator in Hermanus

A leading company, AF Consulting, is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist & Company Secretary / Trust Administrator. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Hermanus, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage the reception area, including answering phones and handling inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to the company secretary, managing documentation and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain records related to trust administration and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing them to relevant parties.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric or relevant certification as a company secretary.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Characteristics: Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
