Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage the reception area, including answering phones and handling inquiries efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the company secretary, managing documentation and scheduling meetings.
- Maintain records related to trust administration and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing them to relevant parties.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric or relevant certification as a company secretary.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Characteristics: Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
💰 Salary Insight
