Key Responsibilities
- Support the Company Secretary in the preparation and distribution of board agendas and papers.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, relevant laws, and regulations.
- Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
- Assist with the filing of documents with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC).
- Prepare minutes of board meetings and ensure timely scheduling of meetings.
Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a company secretarial role or similar position.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate governance and legal compliance.
