Key Responsibilities
- Lead outbound business development efforts targeting B2B clients across various industries.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry.

Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a remote setting.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strong emphasis on relationship building.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Self-Motivated: Must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a remote environment.

Estimated Market Salary: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
