A leading company, Mirna Butler Recruitment, is currently seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant / Administrator to join their team. This role is suited for a proactive individual looking to support management and staff effectively in Bloemfontein, Free State.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff, ensuring tasks are tracked and met.
  • Act as a personal assistant when required, managing correspondence and scheduling meetings efficiently.
  • Assist in organizing company events and preparing presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Administration or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
