Join a leading company in the luxury hospitality sector! Wild Dreams Hospitality is on the lookout for a dedicated HR Business Partner. This pivotal position combines strategic human resource management within a fast-paced environment where professionalism and humanity go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to management by developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct workforce planning and performance management to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution to ensure a harmonious workplace.
  • Manage recruitment processes, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR strategies and programs.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or similar field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an HR business partnering role within a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of HR policies, legal compliance, and labor relations.
  • Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
