Exciting Opportunity: Transfers Conveyancing Secretary (Junior & Senior) in South Africa

A leading company is seeking dedicated Transfers Conveyancing Secretaries at both junior and senior levels. This is a prime opportunity to join a successful team in the conveyancing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the conveyancing process, ensuring all transfers are processed efficiently.
  • Handle approximately 30 active files simultaneously, maintaining organization and attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with all registration timelines and legal requirements related to property transfers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Prepare and manage documentation required for property transactions, including deeds, applications, and related paperwork.

Requirements

  • Junior Conveyancing Secretary: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a conveyancing transfers environment.
  • Senior Conveyancing Secretary: Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or certifications in conveyancing are preferred.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R20,000 – R30,000 per month for Junior positions; R30,000 – R50,000 per month for Senior positions.
