Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage logistics for learning and development programs, ensuring smooth execution of events including venue setup, catering, and materials.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective training materials and schedules tailored to departmental needs.
- Assist in the implementation of Learning and Development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements based on findings.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant undergraduate degree in Human Resources or Education.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR or Learning and Development roles.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Adult Learning Principles and experience in content creation are also advantageous.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R25,000 – R35,000 per month.
