Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates for various positions in the US healthcare industry.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for roles.
- Maintain and manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job expectations.
- Utilize various recruitment strategies and tools, including job boards and social media.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in recruiting, with a focus on healthcare preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in using recruitment software.
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Availability: Ability to work EST hours remotely.
💰 Salary Insight
