Med Core Billing is hiring a dedicated Reception & Data Entry Clerk. This is a fantastic chance to join a professional team in Pretoria, Gauteng, offering essential administrative support and ensuring smooth reception and data entry operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional reception services, greeting visitors and managing communication in a courteous manner.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring all information is recorded correctly and efficiently.
  • Maintain well-organized administrative records, including filing and documentation management.
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks as required.
  • Support the team in maintaining a productive and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a reception or data entry role is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, excellent typing skills, and attention to detail.
