Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and project teams, ensuring effective communication and organization.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information for seamless project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure executives are prepared for meetings.
- Facilitate communication among team members and manage project tasks using project management tools.
- Conduct research and compile information to assist with executive decision-making.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an executive assistant or project coordination role.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Market Salary: R25,000 – R40,000 per month.
