Exciting Opportunity: Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator (Remote)

Sagan Recruitment is hiring a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator to join their remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly while contributing to exciting projects in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and project teams, ensuring effective communication and organization.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information for seamless project execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure executives are prepared for meetings.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and manage project tasks using project management tools.
  • Conduct research and compile information to assist with executive decision-making.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an executive assistant or project coordination role.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Market Salary: R25,000 – R40,000 per month.

(Note: Salary figures are approximations based on market conditions in South Africa.)
