A well-established law firm is on the hunt for an experienced Legal Secretary with robust expertise in Third Party matters. This is a fantastic chance to advance your career in a dynamic environment located in Sandton.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals, ensuring efficient management of case files and documents.
  • Handle all correspondence related to Third Party / RAF matters, including drafting and formatting legal documents.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the litigation process to assist attorneys effectively during trials and hearings.
  • Organize and manage appointments, ensuring all deadlines are met for legal filings and documentation submissions.
  • Assist in client liaison and communications, providing exceptional service to those seeking legal remedies.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, specifically in Third Party or RAF matters.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of litigation processes and excellent drafting skills.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in legal studies or similar fields.
  • Competencies: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R20,000 – R25,000 per month.
