Are you a seasoned professional ready to take the helm? UDS Motors is seeking a passionate General Manager/Office Admin to lead operations at their petrol station in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the petrol station, ensuring efficient administrative workflows.
  • Manage creditors and debtors, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Supervise cashier operations, maintaining accuracy in cash handling.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and training, fostering a motivated and efficient team.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in office administration and management, preferably in a retail or petrol station environment.
  • Skills: Strong financial acumen, with skills in managing accounts payable and receivable.

💰 Salary Insight
