Key Responsibilities
- Provide payroll support functions, including time and attendance management.
- Capture and reconcile hours for payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Distribute payslips and manage payroll-related queries from employees.
- Assist with statutory payroll reporting, including EMP201, EMP501, ETI, and headcount reports.
- Support monthly payroll processing and maintain compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources or Finance.
- Experience: Previous experience in a payroll or HR role is an advantage.
- Skills: Proficient in payroll software and MS Excel.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
