Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers with precision and flair.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
- Interact with guests, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during peak service times to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing inventory, including ordering and restocking of bar supplies.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience as a Barman or Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of drink recipes, bartending techniques, and beverage presentation.
- Interpersonal: Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Relevant bartending or hospitality certification is a plus but not mandatory.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
