Exciting Opportunity: Filing Clerk in Mafikeng, North West

Are you organized and detail-oriented? Clinix Health Group is looking for a committed Filing Clerk to join their team in Mafikeng. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a reputable health organization while advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the filing system to ensure all documents are properly categorized and easily accessible.
  • Ensure all files dated 30 days and older are moved to the filing room or archives as per company policy.
  • Responsible for the retention or destruction of files based on organizational guidelines.
  • Assist in providing necessary documents to approved third parties as required.
  • Regularly update the filing system to reflect any changes or updates in document management protocols.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant training in office administration preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role is an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; proficient in computer applications related to file management.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R10,000 – R15,000 per month.
