Key Responsibilities
- Manage and secure the organization’s network and system infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance and security measures are in place.
- Perform routine audits of systems and software to ensure configurations are up to date.
- Oversee technical troubleshooting, capability assessments, and the resolution of system incidents to minimize downtime.
- Implement new technologies and coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and installation.
- Develop and maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures for effective operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Systems Administrator or Network Administrator role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in network security protocols, firewall configurations, and system monitoring tools.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to work in collaborative environments.
