Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator in Centurion

A leading company, Hire Resolve, is seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator to manage the front desk operations in Centurion, Gauteng. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations including greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately while managing scheduling and appointments.
  • Maintain and manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the front desk is well-organized.
  • Facilitate communications between departments and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Work with confidential information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive material.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous reception or front desk experience is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Professionalism: Ability to represent the company positively while interacting with clients.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
